TinyAll.app is a content sharing platform that allows creators to connect their audiences with their products and services. One of our core values is simplicity, and in this sense we have distilled our terms and conditions as simple as we can.
Welcome to Tinyall.app
It's a good time to have you. By using TinyAll.app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and other policies that we attach or indicate here and on the Platform.
These Terms and policies that we refer to here or on our platform and website https://tinyall.app, or in any other application or function that we provide in connection with our services will be referred to as our Platform or TinyAll.app. When we say we or our we refer to our work team at Avirod Development E.I.R.L. RNC 1-32-28099-7, company that owns the TinyAll.app platform.
Please read the Terms completely and contact us if you have any questions. If you do not agree to the Terms at any point, please do not use the TinyAll.app platform.
Your account
To create an account on TinyAll.app and be a user you must be at least 18 years of age. If you create an account in someone else's name, you must have their permission and consent. You are responsible for your account and for using it responsibly and legally.
When you create an account with us, you agree to apply and abide by the Terms of Use, that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are legally able to agree to these terms with us. You are also agreeing to provide us with real and accurate information about yourself, your business and your products and services. If anything changes, you are responsible for reporting and updating your information.
If you use TinyAll.app on behalf of a third party or business, you are required to obtain authorization and consent and are responsible for being able to demonstrate the same if necessary.
You are completely responsible for everything that happens with your account. Therefore, you should keep your access details protected and do not share them with anyone. If you think your account has been compromised by someone, please contact us immediately.
You must not assign or transfer your account to anyone else who may cause harm to TinyAll.app and its reputation, or impact the rights of anyone else, or any applicable law or regulation.
Your user name
The name of your Hub you choose must be appropriate for everyone and cannot impact the rights of others.
We understand that the username or Hub you choose is very important to you. But it's also important that it's appropriate for all audiences and doesn't impact anyone else's rights, including intellectual property and trademarks.
You may not use another person's name (such as a famous person), brand, or business. You cannot have a name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene. You can't adopt a name that has no connection to you or what you do, and take it just so you can benefit from trading it in the future.
If we determine that someone has engaged in any of these behaviors with your Hub name, we will make a consideration of the circumstances and may require a change or reassignment. If you refuse, then we will consider suspending or terminating your Hub or your account.
For someone to claim that your username or Hub impacts their rights, they must first submit a request on our Intellectual Property Report form. You will have the opportunity to debate the topic reasonably.
In the event that there is no traffic or usage of your account or Hub by you or your audience for a reasonable period longer than 6 months, we may act to deactivate and reclaim your account and Hub. But we will always do it with prior communication and a reasonable response time.
Your content – what is and is not allowed
We love the variety of content our users share. However, we want to ensure that all visitors and users feel safe. That's why we have our Community Standards.
Our Community Standards define what content is and is not allowed on TinyAll.app. Therefore you must make sure you see them and follow them to the letter. If not, you are at risk of having your Hub or account temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.
When we refer to your “Content”, we refer to the text, graphics, videos, links and any other material that you share in your Hub on the platform. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that:
You have permission and rights to the content you share and you authorize us to use and share it in accordance with our Terms.
None of your content violates the privacy, publicity, intellectual property or any rights of anyone else.
The content will not be false or manipulative, with the intention of misinforming a reasonable person. It must not cause any law or legal obligation to be violated, or bring harm to our reputation as a platform.
Your content does not contain any viruses or malicious code, files or programs intended to interrupt or damage the functionality of the platform or any other application, equipment or device.
You will not use or allow others to use automated programs to capture data or information from your Hub, customers or other Hubs.
All your content adheres to our Community Standards.
Because laws and regulations vary from country to country, we may be required to limit or prohibit content that is legal in one country but not in another.
Your Content – what we can do with it
We love your content and we want to show it. When you share something on TinyAll.app, you give us the right to disseminate, use and share it.
When you share content on your Hub, you grant us a license to publish, distribute, modify, adapt and create derivative works from the content, and to use your and your company name, image, voice, photography, likenesses and other personal attributes in your content; on our platform and in our marketing material and our social networks. This license is worldwide, free of charges or royalties, and in perpetuity. Which means we can use your content on our platform, social media or marketing materials anywhere in the world, without paying any commission or fees, for as long as we want. You agree that you have all rights to the content to provide that license to us.
You maintain all your rights to your content. Just keep in mind that your content can be accessed publicly on the platform and that it can be shared and distributed by others on TinyAll.app and on the internet.
Please do not share personal information that you do not want to be visible to the world, and never post anything that could be used to violate your rights or private property, such as keys, passwords or Social Security number. You may only post personal information about others where you have their direct consent and authorization.
We do not need to monitor the accuracy, clarity, truthfulness or legality of your content, but we can do so if necessary. We may modify, remove or restrict access to content at any time in accordance with these Terms, or apply sensitivity notices or alerts where we find it necessary for any audience.
Our Platform
We own the platform, but we give you a limited right to use it to share content and view and interact with the content of others. We are not responsible for any content, products or services made available on the Hubs or profiles of others.
All rights to the platform and its intellectual property, except for the intellectual property of your content, belong exclusively to us. You will not acquire any rights to TinyAll.app or its intellectual property, and you have no rights to use its trademark or logo for any purpose, including to assume or imply any partnership or sponsorship of your activities by us, without first obtaining written approval from us.
As a user we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform to create, perform, use, share and upload content in accordance with these Terms. If we provide you with any content such as images, text, icons, themes, fonts, videos, graphics or other content, you must only use them in your profile or Hub under the usage guidelines that we provide.
You must never remove, obscure or alter any trademark, logo or proprietary symbol of the platform, or make unauthorized copies, distribute, license, sell, resell, modify, translate, decompose, decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, create derivatives , or attempt to derive the source code of the platform or any part of it. If you visit a Hub on TinyAll.app, we give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view and interact with the platform through the content of the Hub.
To the extent applicable by law, we are not responsible for any opinions, advice, statements, products, services, offers or any other content posted by our users on their Hubs or on the Platform.
Your Plan
You can activate TinyAll.app with a free or Premium account and cancel at any time.
Your plan begins when you accept these Terms and continues until you cancel. If you cancel a Premium plan, you just have to continue as normal until the payment you have made expires and then you will automatically revert to a free plan.
Payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. But we understand that you may have made a mistake and in exceptional circumstances we can issue a refund as long as it is within the first 72 hours after payment. Contact us at [email protected].
To deactivate your Hub and delete its content, you just have to go to the "Manage my Hub" function and access the option available in the three dots in the upper right corner, and click on the red "Delete" button.
Our charges
You must pay all Premium subscription charges in advance to obtain benefits in the following period.
Unless otherwise indicated, our subscription charges are given as a single monthly value in Dollars that already include all taxes. The amount is non-refundable if you decide not to use the service.
You must provide a valid method to process your payment. By doing so, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
You will not incur additional charges, commissions or percentages that you must pay or that will be in any way deducted from transactions or exchanges that you make on our platform.
Privacy & data
We care about the privacy of our users and visitors.
Our Privacy Policies explain how we handle your personal data for our own purposes, and also detail how you are obliged to respect the data of those who visit your profile or Hub on our platform. By creating your account you agree that our Privacy Policies apply to you, and that you have read, understood and accepted its obligations. Any data and rights to such data that are generated based on the use of the Platform or user visits to the platform will be our exclusive property and use. We can provide you with visualizations of that data as part of the service we provide on the platform (we call this Data Analytics). We make no representations or warranties about the truthfulness and completeness of the analytics data, but we will do our best to ensure that it is true and complete.
Your visitors and clients
You are responsible for visitors to your Hub or profile, including customers who purchase your goods or services through TinyAll.app.
You are solely responsible for the way your users interact with your Hub or profile and the content therein, and for complying with all laws regarding the sale and transfer of goods and services made on our platform.
You agree to maintain clear terms with your users and customers about your own payment and return policies and your way of providing care, support and guarantees to your customers about your products and services.
Confidentiality
If we share any confidential information about us or the platform, you must keep it secret and secure.
From time to time we may share confidential information with you about our platform, plans, projects and features. You agree to keep this information private and prevent others from accessing it.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for your use of the Platform and you are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your own content.
We are not responsible for any damage suffered as a result of downloading, installing or using the Platform, or copying, distributing or downloading any content from the Platform. You are solely responsible for adequately protecting and backing up your data, content and devices used in connection with the Platform.
You will indemnify us for any loss arising from your breach of these Terms or from a third party claim brought against us in relation to your content.
Neither of us will be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, privacy, data, goodwill or other economic advantage), whether for breach of contract, for tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we know that such damage is possible.
Our liability to you under or in connection with these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us at the time liability arose, or US$100.
Statements
Some things we must declare about these Terms.
Use of TinyAll.app and all its content is at your own risk. The platform is provided as is, without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to matters of availability, merchantability, completeness of functionality for a particular purpose, or specific performance and promptness to meet any expectation.
TinyAll.app and its parent company Avirod Development E.I.R.L do not make any representations or warranties including:
that the platform works without interruptions, securely or is available at any time or place;
that any errors or defects will be corrected;
that the platform is free of viruses or potentially harmful components;
that the platform is effective or that the result of using it meets your needs;
or that the content on the platform is complete, correct, reliable, suitable and available for any purpose.
Cancellation of your account
If you do not comply with these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your Hub or account, or limit the functionality of the platform to which you have access. For example, if you don't pay, you won't have access to Premium features.
Depending on how you fail to comply with the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. When doing this, we may contact you first, but we are not obligated to do so. We will not issue any refund of charges or payments for access to the platform by doing so.
If you believe that your account or Hub was suspended or terminated in error, you can contact us at [email protected]. Both of us and you are agreeing to make a reasonable effort in good faith to resolve the situation and neither of us will bring legal action until a reasonable period of time of at least one month has elapsed to resolve the case.
Changes
TinyAll.app is constantly evolving and improving. We will make changes to the platform and these Terms from time to time. If these changes will have any negative impact on you, we will notify you in advance.
We will need to change these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, the platform, its functions, legal or commercial reasons, or to protect our interests.
We may make these changes at any time and it is your responsibility to review these Terms when they are updated. We are committed to notifying changes that may impact you.
Your use of the platform after any changes made will be considered your acceptance of the revision of these Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, we ask that you immediately stop using the platform and cancel your account.

Welcome to TinyAll.app! We are committed to providing a safe, legal, and reliable platform for all our users. To ensure this, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlining the activities, industries, and goods that are prohibited on our platform. By creating a hub or using any services on TinyAll.app, you agree to comply with this AUP.
You may not use TinyAll.app to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or that could expose TinyAll.app, its users, or its partners to harm or legal liability. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, including but not limited to the sale of controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or firearms.
Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent schemes, including but not limited to pyramid schemes, credit repair services, phishing, or identity theft.
Infringement of Intellectual Property: Using TinyAll.app to sell or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Spamming: Sending unsolicited communications, advertising, or promotional material through TinyAll.app.
TinyAll.app does not permit the use of its platform for activities or the sale of goods and services in the following categories:
Illegal Goods: Any goods or services that are illegal under applicable laws, including but not limited to controlled substances, counterfeit goods, firearms, and unlicensed medical products.
Terrorism: Any activities, content, or goods that promote, support, or glorify terrorism or violent extremism.
Gambling: Operating, promoting, or participating in any form of gambling, including online casinos, sports betting, or lottery services.
Prohibited Financial Services: Unauthorized financial services, including credit repair schemes, unregulated investment services, or any pyramid schemes.
Adult Content and Services: Distributing pornography or offering services related to the adult entertainment industry.
Hate Speech and Discrimination: Promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
TinyAll.app reserves the right to take appropriate actions if you violate this AUP, including but not limited to:
Account Suspension or Termination: Your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice if you engage in prohibited activities.
Legal Action: TinyAll.app may report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities and pursue legal action against violators.
Blocking Access: TinyAll.app may block access to the platform for users engaged in prohibited activities or industries.
If you encounter a user or hub that you believe is violating this AUP, please report it to our support team immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate any suspected violations.
TinyAll.app reserves the right to modify or update this AUP at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes to this policy by posting the updated policy on our platform.
By using TinyAll.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this AUP.
